ECLAIRS Easy, Elegant & Modern Recipes by Christophe Adam Cookbook review

Oh my goodness, I got this cookbook yesterday from Robert Rose Inc. and let me tell you I and my daughter was drooling over the different Eclairs that you can make and this book is an easy step by step way to make an Eclair from scratch. There are pictures and easy to understand instructions plus the recipes are just plain awesome. I think my favorite would be Chocolate Hazelnut Eclair. I can't wait until payday to get the ingredients to start making these also if you have a young inspiring baker this would be an awesome cook book to get them.
